1. Design, building & commissioning of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Diagnosis Laboratory Air Ventilation & Conditioning System. The system bestows the Bio-Safety Level 3 conditions of indoor environment in the lab. Our system is capable of maintaining negative pressure inside the lab w.r.t. it's surroundings. The microcontroller based system automatically adjusts all the mandatory air environmental conditions within the lab. This BSL-3 lab air system fulfills the codes & standards for TB Lab furnished by World Health Organization – WHO.
2. Distilled water cooling system from 85 °C to 14 °C. The system cools down the steam to make distilled water at the rate of 1000 liters per hour. The project incorporates the design, supply, installation & commissioning of heat exchangers, cooling towers, chiller, condenser, pumps & associated piping system.
3. Energy audit of a multi national pharmaceutical industry. The audit covered marking of energy losses in various equipment used in industry & proposed energy saving projects to save energy ( electricity & natural gas ).
